What could be the reason that my period started 11 days early?

There are many reasons that your period could have started early. Changing birth control pills or forgetting to take them can cause you to start your period because it causes a hormone imbalance and brings it on. Also, you could have a lot of stress and that could be a starter for you too.

Though in the past it may have been on the same day sometimes because of stress, new living environment, and frequency of sex can cause your period to be early.
