It could be a simple migraine, sinus headache or tension headache. However, check with your doctor if you have any concerns.

This kind of pain can be caused by a variety of things: spinal, sinus or brain problems. Aneurysms also cause this type of pain but can often be surgically treated.

At times this type of pain could be caused by menopause. If this doesn't go away or if it gets worse perhaps you might go in for an MRI.

This partial headache may be due to migrane. Partial headache is a symptom of migrane and may lead to severe headaches. Its symptoms are vomiting early in the morning and dizziness. Go and see a neurologist.

It could be something as simple as a migraine, but it could also be a number of other more serious things. If it isn't responding to Excedrin or Ibuprophen I recommend seeing a doctor. Only a doctor can really answer this question.
