Feeling dizzy and having a metallic taste in your mouth is a sign of anemia. This is when your blood is low in iron. You can have a quick test at the doctors to see if you are anemic. If you test positive, then you will take a daily dose of iron.

This sounds like a case of dehydration. The metallic taste is probably due to a rise in blood sodium, you should drink some water or gatorade.

I had the same thing and it ended up being a inner ear infection which put a hole in my ear and then closed over the infection.

If you're female, dizziness and a metallic taste in your mouth could be an indication that you are pregnant. However, there are also other possibilities.
