If you sit a lot, they could be heat rashes. If your clothes are rubbing against you that could cause it. You also might want to see a doctor. Lupus can cause rashes in the same place over and over again.

Rashes behind the knee may be caused by a variety of causes. If you often wear shorts and have your knee bent so that the skin of your thigh touches you calf, you might be promoting a heat rash. Try using a powder with cornstarch in it.

It could be a heat rash or irritant from your clothing or furniture. Try applying lotion when there is no rash, this may stop it from recurring.
