It could possibly be an appendicitis. In the case of a woman it could be an ovarian cyst. Also, it could be a problem with the gull bladder. If the pain becomes intense or you vomit see your doctor asap.

Usually this comes out like appendicitis. Lie on your back and press 2 inches latero posteriorly from your belly button with your fingers, and suddely release it. If a shooting pain arises it is appendicitis. Consult with a doctor.

You may have appendicitis, which can cause localized pain on the right side between the belly button and the right hip. If it is appendicitis, it is actually the second stage of inflammation and should be checked by a doctor as soon as possible.

Is it infected from a peircing? is it sore to the touch? if this has been going on a long while you should see your doctor immediatly, this could be signs of a much bigger problem. Or it could be something as small as a tummy ache. Go to doctor!
