What could be causing numbness on the left side of my face, my left heel and the tip of my tounge?

It's not painful; just numb.

This could be the start of diabetic neuropathy. This is when the nerves are damaged because of out of control blood sugars. This should be shown to a doctor. It could also be a sign of a stroke or impeded blood flow. This is important to have checked fairly soon.

You need to get in and see the doctor right away you could be having mini strokes and thats why its only effecting small parts of you but trust me sooner or later you will have a big one but they are preventable.
