I sleep well but wake up sick every morning.

A sinus problem. Sinus drip during the night can be swallowed and cause nausea. Headaches are due to an inflammation and pressure in sinus cavities.

I think the reason you're waking up sick with nausea and headaches is that you're either not getting enough sleep or you're drinking the night before and you have a hangover.
