What could be causing my dog to snort and have erratic eye movement?

I am concerned that he could have a seizure disorder.

This may indicate a problem with vestibular disease caused by an inner ear infection. This could also be due to a reverse sneeze where the dog is having trouble inhaling through the nose. A dental infection leading to abscess that is draining up by the eye area could also trigger this.

If you live in the desert your dog may have Valley Fever. It can cause a variety of symptoms. Better talk to your vet.
