it sounds like a case of irritable bowel syndrome, which takes different forms in different people, sometimes causing loose bowels, and sometimes causing constipation. Diet is a large aggravating factor, especially things such as coffee and tea can cause the cramping and loose bowels. But the diet triggers can also vary from person to person.

One possible complication that would cause these symptoms could be Endometriosis. That can cause all sorts of internal complications. Go to your doctor and have that ruled out as a cause of your issues. If that is the cause you can discuss treatments. If it not the cause, you can discuss other possibilities with your doctor.

Firstly, with any symptoms like this you should go to a medical professional and get checked out, ASAP. However, these symptoms sound like they could be amoebic dysentery, a parasitic gut infection commonly passed through contaminated food/drink. It is accompanied by painful cramps and diarrhoea (which may be yellowish or contain blood), but easily treatable with Metronidazole.

It's possible you have a small infection or virus that is causing your digestive system to become upset and not process foods correctly, causing pain and irregular bowel movements. If the symtoms persist, go see a doctor so he can run some tests to pinpoint exactly what the problem might be and provide a solution.
