More than likely, a severe viral infection in the intestines that has caused irritation. When bloody stool is present, a person should go be checked out by a doctor

Swollen lymph nodes indicate possible infection. Bloody stools could be hemorrhoids, colitis, perforation, ulcers, or blockage. Don't take this lightly. See a doctor because it could be very serious.
