Likely a relay failure. Use test light to test for powers and grounds on relay circuit. If power and ground are present change relay.

The relay itself could be busted. Also, check voltage to the relay sockets. For a quick test, switch out the EEC relay with the horn relay and see if it works.

Check all the wires and connections for shorts. Inspect the wires and make sure they are pliable and not cracked. Disconnect each connection and inspect it to make sure all components are clean and making a tight connection.

If your relay won't close then you need to find a wiring diagram and determine where power and ground are. If these are good then you have a bad relay.

It could that you are not getting any spark. Make sure your spark plugs and wires are good and then try again. If it is still not working you can then make sure the relay coil is still good. If it is a bad one it is deffinately not going to fire.
