What colour tights should I wear with a cream dress with chocolate dots on it?

It depends on your age. If you are in your mid-to-late 20's or 30's I would suggest that you wear taller boots with the dress. This way you don't have to worry about the color of tights. If, however, you do wear tights, I would go for the black with the black shoes.

Black is always a reliable mainstay to offset the look of the dress. A better choice would be a off cream color. Should look nice.
