It kinda depends on what kind of seaweed it is. If pale green try browns, blues and soft purples. If dark green try pale yellow, cream, tan with burgundy accents.

First glance with this type of color, would automatically suggest us that brown or other shades of green would fit, but I would suggest the use of black furnitures or yellow to give compliment at your seaweed green carpet as the main focus in the setting plus it would be a unique color combination.
