What cell phones get the best reception?

Well to answer that question it depends where you live, but generally if it is a major city then you should be fine. I would say AT&T.

I have personally used Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, Ericsson and Apple's IPhone. On GSM carriers such as AT&T, I have had the best results with Motorola phones. Most wireless carriers grade their phones on many factors including reception. Be sure and check with you carrier regarding the specific model of wireless phone you are interested in.

Well, i guess it is a matter of both Cell phone and the carrier you have. My best experience has been with Nokia.
