The causes of roach infestations can be many. That is, if you leave dirty pots and pans in the sink, or pipes are left uninsulated. In addition, too much moisture and water may cause roach infestations as well. It is important to keep a clean household and attempt to keep all foods covered completely.

Roach infestations are caused mostly by living in a filthy household. If you leave food and such around you will attract cockroaches. Once you have them, they are nearly impossible to get rid of. If you live in an old area near restaurants, etc. it causes it too. Be careful as they get into clothes.

One of the most prevalent causes of roach infestations is sanitation. Roaches multiply quickly and are capable of establishing large populations before you realize there is a problem. To avoid infestations, make sure keep your house clean, take out your trash regularly, do not leave dirty dishes in the sink overnight, and generally practice good sanitation practices.

Unfortunately as long as you have food and water in your home roaches can infest it. No matter how clean your home is.

Roach infestations are generally caused by poor houskeeping, no offense intended, and feed off of the remains from human food. Since roaches can survive on very little an infestation that has previously occurred can be difficult to control, which is why many clean people have roach problems.
