What causes Meyer Lemon curled leaves?

The curled leaves are probably a sign of dehydration in your tree. The tree should be in a VERY large container or planted in the ground to allow for appropriate irrigation of the root system. Feed the tree at least once a month, but twice a month would be preferable.

Usually this will happen when the tree is either getting too much direct sun or if it has been over watered you can do a net search on it and it will pull a bunch of printable information for you or go back to where you got the tree tell them what is happening and see if they can help.

Not enough water, too much sun. it can be either of these or a mixture of both try giving it shade, and watering it more
