Hydrocephalus is when the fluids in the brain cannot drain away. This causes the heads to swell and in most cases causes brain damage if untreated. There are surgical options that can help.

You should ask your vet about it, the vet will have the information you need. You should also have the vet check the puppy out to make sure it is ok. Or you can look it up online. But the vet would be the best person to ask this question to.
