What causes butterflies when you are on a roller coaster?

Our sense of balance comes from fluid in our inner ears. Roller coasters force this fluid into unusual places, which do not match what we see, and this causes butterflies.

The dashing speed imbalances the activities. Brain gets confused and it stops sending signals, naturally the secretions pours out and the stomach finds it hard to control the movements.
