Since I have used Rusk products many times I can tell you their products always deliver. They are very reliable and usually worth the "not so cheap" price. I have used Rusk Radical Cream and it is awesome!

Rusk's Radical Anti-Curl is a texturizer rather than a relaxer. The anticurl formula is more reversible, gentler and milder than all the other formulas out there.

Yes it is one of the best products available in the market now. In which you can make your hair curl as you wish.
