No, I can't but that is what the manual is for. All those papers that came with the PS3 were put there for a reason. Try looking through the book.

You have to check your ps3 pamphlet. There's a phone number in there you can call toll free. You'll find plenty of help in there. There's also the official website you can go on.

There is a possibility that your system is not on the proper video settings. For example, your system may be on an hdmi setting and your have no hdmi hookups.

A friend of mine had this problem a few days ago. This is generally caused by a corrupted file on the hard drive of the PS3. Remove the hard drive, then plug it into a computer that you have, then do a total format on the hard drive. Then put it back into your PS3 and boot it up.
