Usually growing out a perm takes a lot of time. If you don't want to cut all your hair off, triming it will take off the unhealthy parts of your hair encouraging it to grow faster. If you want your hair to be fixed immediatly try having your hair strait permed.

Do your best to keep your hair healthy by having the ends trimmed regularly. Condition your hair and use rebuilder if it begins to split or break. Avoid (or at least limit) additional chemical processing as this will break down the hair shaft even more.

Usually, like hair dye, perms do not last for more than a few months. Most of the time you can wait it out and the curls will lose their potency.

You could go get your hair chemically straighten. However, putting more chemicals on your hair can cause hair damage or hair loss.
