While I don't have experience in dealing with it myself, I have heard some pretty terrible stories about Champion toilets so I thought I should pass along the info regardless. Apparently a few models (definitely the 3 and 4) have issues with the flush tower only last a year or so. Then, a replacement part will only last another year.

The Champion toilet was designed for efficiency and effectiveness, which is difficult because many things needed to be adjusted to produce a toilet that has both of these characteristics and is still pleasing to the homeowner. The Champion is regarded as a success among efficiency toilet designs.

Champion Toilets flush easily on the first flush, and give you the satisfaction of never having to flush more than once.

The Champion toilets are a middle grade toilet primary made for single family residences (houses, apartments etc). They cost about $50 to $150. They install quite easily. You turn off the water, place the new toilet over the sewer pipe on top of a beeswax seal and bolt down. Attach the water and you're good to go.
