First thing is the cut away the head then remove the internal organs which is referred to gutting. Then you proceed in quartering the animal.

If you planning to do it yourself you will need a crane or at least a tractor. It is very simple and quick once you know what you are doing but without the proper know how then it can be very messy and you may end up wasting alot of good meat.

Butchering your own cows can save you a lot of money on beef. The cost of raising and butchering a cow is relatively inexpensive compared to buying beef from your local grocery store. If you cannot butcher it yourself you can hire someone to do it for you at a reasonable price.

Buutchering a cow is somthing people whould not look into. It is sad to think that the meat we eat comes from such wonderful creatures, but we all do still eat it. Cows are lined up than isisally shocked on the head or shot. Then they are sent to the bitcher to be cut up for stores and your home.

It is a bloody and difficult process that requires specialized equipment in order to be even reasonably human for the animal.
