Many different companies produce them, Samsung, maxtor, etc. However this type of hard drive do come in somewhat decent sizes. (I've seen up to 500GB) The 133 menas Maximum transfer rate (MB/sec) Regular Serial ATA has a higher transfer, but the 133 can do more work, and do it faster.

If you want to hook one one, you need a cable called an IDE cable since the drive is a PATA drive.

ATA 133 hard drives are old technology that is now difficult to find. 'ATA' referred to the interface specification, and '133' was the bus speed at which the drive operated.
