It is best to take your cat to the vet. Prescription antibiotics are generally required to clear the cold. Keep the kittens eyes and nose clear of discharge and keep away from other cats. Provide canned food and water. Some cats require hospitalization to help recover.

If your kitten appears to have a cold, watery eyes and sneezing then he needs to go to the veterinarian. It is probably the cat cold which is very dangerous. It is also contagious to other cats. It can only be treated with antibiotics.

Offer canned cat food or tuna. If its nose is all crusty, clean it with warm water and a cotton ball. Use a humidifier if air in room is dry.

If you have young kittens with a cold, you need to take them to the vet and get medicine right away so it does not become more serious. Keep them indoors and warm, and make sure they are eating properly (you may have to spoon feed for a little while).

Take your cat to the vet. Tell your vet that you think your cat has Retinal Atrophy. Do not try treating this condicition or it may make problems worse

Most kittens will get over a cold just fine. If a kitten gets an eye infection or has trouble breathing, then it should be evaluated by a vet.
