Depending on the cause of the discoloration, the following home remedies can be tried; honey, milk and almond oil can be applied to improve skin tone. Exfoliation can improve circulation, try a scrub of olive oil and sugar. Potatoe and lemon juice can act as a bleaching agent, apply directly to skin to see results.

It is hard to look attractive if you have spider or varicose veins on your legs. There are a variety of leg makeups available, or you can use a sunless tanner consistently to cover them up. I had laser surgery done on my legs this year and it made a very huge improvement.

It is best to check with your dermatologist or other physician before you make any decisions. There is a chance the skin color could be a sign of more serious problems. Before you attempt to use any topical cream, consult with an expert who will know what the discoloration is from.

You can use a nice even toner. Try using real cocoa butter or jojoba oil. Rub some lemon on your legs prior then rinse off. Afterwards, rub in the cocoa butter and jojoba oil.

Coconut oil is a good anti discolouration agent. Just apply a little quantity of coconut oil on the effected area, and leave it for about 10 - 20 minutes. Then wash with green gram / similar powders or any soap free creams. Soaps must be avoided. Also cover your legs while sleeps. It prevents dehydration.

A mild lightening soap can help fade spots, and eating dried pineapple can help with the circulation in the legs, to get more blood flow to the skin.
