Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to increase the chances of having a baby of a particular sex. Gender is random, but you'll love the baby anyway.

It is believe that male sperm swim faster than that of female sperm, in order to conceive a boy have sex closer to your ovulation date.

Well, there is one certain way that does help. You need to time sex for when you are ovulating. Boy sperm do not survive as well in the acidic environment, but swim faster. For a girl, you would want to have sex one to two days before you ovulate. Girls swim slowly, but live longer.

You cannot do anything to have a bay baby specifically. The sex is determines by the type of sperm that fertilises the egg and that is totally random!
