What can I do to help my dog who has hurt his back legs and can not walk?

First you need to get him to a vet. There are any number of injuries or maladies that might be going on. If left untreated, he may lose all movement or be suffering and you wouldn't know it. Get your pup to a professional just in case. The vet knows better than the internet!

If he has hurt both his back legs, you should take him to the vet. Since you don't know how he hurt himself, you don't know if he broke something.

You are going to need to take him to the Vet. If after you get home from the vet and you find out that his legs are not broken and he just has arthritis you can buy him hip and joint supplement to help him move fluidly.
