It is important to provide a nightly routine. Ensure the room is warm, quiet and without drafts. Make sure you change and feed baby before bed and a warm soothing bath can also help.

There are lots of methods you can employ to try to get your 2 month baby to sleep. First, try warm milk. Also try soft, mellow music.

You can't really force an infant this age to sleep. Maybe your baby is a more alert and active baby, but you can try to give him a warm bath and dim the lights. Make sure the environment is more conducive to sleeping instead of playing.
