More then likely you need to have the blade sharpened or replaced. Replacement blades for most mowers are reasonably priced and easy to install yourself.

Poor cutting is usually caused by slipping drive belts or dull blades. Make sure the drive belt(s) is (are) in good condition. Check the blades to make sure they are sharp and in tact. Another thing to look at is the belt tensioner pulley. Replace it if the tensioner seems too loose.

Start by sharpening the blades. Using an angle grinder and an even, light touch, put 3 passes on the top of a blade for every 2 on the bottom. Be certain to do the same number on each end of a blade. Stop when the edge is just not rounded, any sharper will only dull faster.

If the mower is not cutting well, you can start with having the blades sharpened. If that does not work then you can change the blades and that should solve the issue.

if it doesnt cut all the grass you could check the height of the cutting blades if this is ok you sould check the blades for sharpness you may have to dolly them up with a smooth file if they look dull or rusty then they need a sharpen or you need to check the grounds level

You will need to have the blades sharpined. That should make the mover cut better. Best of luck to you.
