Take your dog to the veterinarian. This can be a sign of allergies, especially if your dog licks his toes a lot, or he can have a foreign body like a cheat grass stuck there. Other things are cancer (tumors), infections, ringworm, and injuries like cuts and abrasions. Keep him from licking his toes.

It could be parasites, poor environments, or allergies. If he has open sores, you should probably take him to the vet. There's just so much the internet can do.

For sores between your dogs toes, you may want to use a cream or lotion that provides some lubrication. This will help to heal the sores without making them worse.
