Chop the vines to just above the ground surface. If you don't want them then apply concentrated Roundup to the cut ends to kill them. If you still want them, apply 'Sucker Stopper' to the cut ends to slowdown, but not kill, the vines. Product may go under other names - just look for one used to halt sucker growth.

Pull the vines out on a regular basis, making sure that you are pulling the vines out at the root. You can also take the vine to a florist to identify what type of vine it is and what you can do to stop the growth.

I would make a continuous effort to work at cutting the vines or pulling them out at the roots on a routine basis.

Take a clipping of the invading vine to your local agricultural exchange and identify it. Many different viney plants are weeds and you will need a specific way to kill or keep back the particular kind of invasive plant that your site is plagued with. Some have very deep tubers.
