Get a marrow bone from the butcher or the food store. You don't have to cook it, but you can if you would like (sometimes the marrow can get messy. ) It definitly helps with your dog's bad breath. If you don't want to get a bone, there are also all natural dried chicken treats at feed stores.

Brush his teeth with dog-friendly toothpaste. At least let him lick it. There's a dental solution you can buy from your local petshop to add to his water. It should freshen his breath and lessen tartar/plaque formation in his teeth. Some Greenies might work too.

If a dog has bad breath, it is often a sign of tooth problems. Check with your vet and have the dog's mouth checked.
