Only the addict can help herself. Check in with AlAnon and attend some meetings to find out how you can take care of yourself in order to be helpful.

You can confront her and tell her how worried you are about her, and that you would like to help her get clean. Contact a local rehab center and ask for more information. They can help you set up an appointment.
