You should consult with your doctor for any medciation or changes in diet for a one month old. There are some great over the counter remedies but do not give them to this young of a child without your doctors consent.

You can try a popular home remedy which is use a tablespoon of syrup (Karo or Alaga) in their formula or breast milk. For some reason the sweetness stimulates softer bowel movements and somewhat increases the frequency so that the likelihood of being constipated is reduced. If that does not do the trick check with the doctor.

If you are breastfeeding, eat food with fiber more. When your baby needs to go, maybe help her or him by massaging the back near the anus.

Constipation in infancy can be dangerous. Do not attempt to give your baby any home remedies or medications, contact your pediatrician. A warm bath and soothing massage may also aid your baby's bowels to move and is safe.

If you have currently changed the milk or formula you may need to go back. You can try to give the baby 2 ounces of 1 part distilled water and 1 part apple juice or prune juice. Give it time to work then contact your pediatrician.
