You should have the blisters on your hands evaluated by a qualified physician. You could be experiencing an allergic reaction or you may have developed a eczema-type condition.

Wash the area with disinfectant soap, and then make a small incision as the base of the blister with a sterilized needle. Apply light pressure to the blister to force the fluid out. Apply an antibiotic to the area to prevent any infection and remember to keep the area clean until healed.

Soak your hands in warm water, and then pat them dry. Dont rub them dry because this will aggravate the blisters. Once they are dry, try not to get them dirty. Once the blisters heal, your skin will become more keratinized and you will be less likely to develop blisters in the future.

It all depends on what caused the blisters. If they were caused by a severe burn you must visit the doctor to receive pain killing cream as well as antibiotics to prevent infection and further complications. If they are not caused by a burn they could result from infection and must be treated by a doctor.
