In order to avoid underarm rash, you should keep your underarm clean from hair and dirt. Then before going to bed applying moisturizer with vitamin E added treats much better. Before wearing clothes it is better to apply prickly heat powder which will keep your skin fresh. Try to avoid body sprays.

Keep the area clean, dry and cool. You can use a topical anti-itch cream for relief or dust with talcum powder. If it gets worse you will need to see a doctor for a prescription strength anti-inflammatory, most likely prednisone. Once better consider switching to an OTC prescription strength deodorant (Secret or Degree has great ones).

Get you some yeast infection cream and rub on it at night time, that will help cure it over night.
