The fastest way to unstick a trumpet valve is to use valve oil. If that doesn't work, check for physical damage to the valve or valve stem.

Assuming that the horn is being used, take off the bottom valve cover and loosen the top valve cap. Using the "butt" end of a wooden serving spoon or a 2B drumstick, tap the valve gently but firming and be careful. Then clean valve and valve casing; oil and return valve.

Recommend taking to a dealer. Rebuilt kits are available, but you never know what may be involved and when metal parts are involved a dealer is your best bet.

Oil will fix the problem-oil the valves and the slides. Do this twice a week to avoid those stuck valves! You can buy valve oil and slide grease at any music store or online.
