Hydrocortizone cream on the rash is number 1. Also take a benedryl. Do you know what caused the rash? Record if it spreads or not (draw a border around the rash with a marker). If the rash seems to be spreading rapidly, see the doctor asap. If the rash is from a bug bite, try New Skin liquid bandage.
