Obviously you can pull the head off and replace the blown gasket. There is no way to fix the old one.

The best option is to take it to a reputable repair shop and have the gasket replaced. Running very long with a blown gasket can do damage to other parts of the engine. If you need a short-term fix there are some additives you can try putting in the radiator.

If you are mechanically inclined you could probably replace it yourself. If you have to have a shop do it expect $1000 to $1500.

At minimal the head will need to be removed, checked for damage, and it will have to be honed down to be sure that the mating surfaces of the head and the cyclinder block are true before installing and properly torqueing down on another head gasket. Why did it blow?
