You can buy a cream called boil ease at your local supermarket. This will help the boil heal up quicker. The worst thing that you can do is squeeze it or try to get it to get the core of it out yourself.

Just give hot water fermentation and if the boil oozes out then clean that place properly by using antiseptic solution and apply antibiotic cream for healing.

Let the boil burst by itself. Speed up the process by applying warm compresses on the boil. The boil will come to a head faster and it will eventually pop. Squeeze out the pus, remove the solidified core/ingrown hair out of it and treat it with an antibiotic ointment.

A boil is an infection, so keeping the area clean is important, and keeping everything that it comes in contact with clean will allow it to heal faster.
