A water purifier could work at the tap... Wal-Mart, Home Depot Lowes... Sulfur is very hard to deal with and almost impossible to get out of the water due to the under ground concentration of the sulfur to the water.

To remove sulfur from well water, you will need to add a filtering media between the well and your house water supply. Generally, an activated carbon filter will remove most smelly compounds. The cartridges will need to be replaced periodically as they become fully full loaded with the compounds they absorb out of the water.

First try using a filter system. If it's too strong for that you should have the well treated with chlorine. Do not use the well for 24 hours after the treatment and after that time run the water until the chlorine smell is gone from the water. The sulfur smell will not hurt you but is hard to live with.

A fix is to pour bleach down the well to chlorinate the water. Be sure to have clean water on hand and do not use the well for 48 hours.

There is a couple things you do to solve your problem. One option would be to install an activated carbon filter. Another option may be to install an oxidation-filtration system.

There are well tablets that you can get to neutralize your well water. Also I would recommend getting a neutralizer system installed into your plumbing system under your house to filter the water and neturalize it as well.

The best thing to do is to get a detergent to eliminate the sulfur smell from the well. You will be able to get rid of most of the smell but it will still be there.
