Chryslers are known for evaporator cores leaking, which are internal and can not be seen. Recharge system with leak detector. If no leak is seen from other a/c components, your problem may be at the evaporator core. A mechanic with a video scope may be able to view problem area.

Normally for a Jeep of this kind there are 4 drain tubes that run from the sun roof through the body and out of the vehicle A/C Drain tubes are prone to leakage and sometimes the kink and get disconnected allowing water to flow into the vehicle. Check the drain tubes if any disconnection other wise replace new ones.

Identify the cause of the leak and see if the problem is a seal or a faulty part. If poor seal, buy some sealant and affix it.

The obvious thing to do is find the leak and fix it. Either inspect it by eye or buy a a/c specific leak finder kit. These kits come with a special light and dye that will help you find where exactly the system leaks.

Do not use the a/c just yet. It may cause you much if the compressor is affected. Have it check and repair as soon as possible.
