The best thing to do is to remove the carpet from the house because carpets are one of the biggest causes of allergies in the home. Its best to remove them because there is no way to eliminate carpet fuzz.

You can purchase a carpet rake. Use the rake to rake and fluff the carpet. You will need to pick up the pile of fuzz by hand!
