Communicate. Ask what is going on and try to resolve whatever it is. It could be something like stress or depression affecting his family relationships.
A person wants to spend as much time with those they love. Be strong. Demand family counseling to see if your marriage can be saved. No excuse for child neglect.
Tell him he has to spend a certain amount of time each week with his family, at his convenience. Then gradually increase the amount of time once he enjoys it.
