Many things can be found in a urinalysis test. These tests are usually given to detect the presence and the amount of any type of illicit drugs in the system recently.

Urinalysis tests typically identify and monitor disease, such as kidney problems, infections, diabetes and liver disease. Separate tests on urine can determine pregnancy or presence of drugs.

I'm guessing you mean drugs, the only drugs including tobacco and alcohol that cant be detected as far as I know are Mushrooms (psylocybin) and LSD. But the test only goes back so far, depends on what drugs for the amount of time, you can also fake these, google it.
