What can be done for a fraudulent enlistment for an ad?

Depending on what kind of fraud it was, and the financial repercussions from it. You can take them to small claims court, and try to proof the contract was based on fraud. Or you can have a lawyer sent a personal note and try to scare them into avoiding court.

If the fraudulent nature of the enlistment for an ad is clearly evident, such an enlistment may be denied solely on this basis.

I don't think there is anything you can do about it. But you will have to consult a lawyer to find out for sure. If you can you will need to prove it was a fraudulent enlistment. But I'm almost possitive you wouldn't be able to do anything for it.

You can sue for the exact words you used in the question, fraudelent enlistment. It is illegal to misrepresent in an ad.
