First, I would purchase a container of DampRid to remove moisture from the air. I would scrub as my hard surfaces as possible, including the floor, with Clorox Clean-up with Bleach. The only way to remove mildew smell is the kill the mildew! If this doesn't fix the problem, you may have mold growing inside your walls!

This usually indicates that water has gotten to a wall or floor and mold has started to grow. If there are any soft spots in the floor, this will indicate rotten areas of the subfloor or water may have gotten behind the tub surround. This may require professional attention.
