There are a variety of complaints to the Florida AG about timeshare brokers in general. Red Week has posted them, along with the responses, in its forum (which is a good thing). The pitch for timeshares differs greatly from the reality. Red Week can only do so much.

Don't buy a timeshare. They do not hold their value and are almost impossible to sell. Once you buy them, you are stuck with ever-increasing maintenance fees and assessments. Avoid making such a purchase at all costs!

Red Week has some very good options with timeshare experiences and you should consider looking online to find peoples' reviews of Red Weeks time shares, as some of them are very positive.
