What are these tiny pin size spots on both palms of my hands and some fingers?

They come and go.

These red spots are known as contact dermatitis. When your hands are exposed to an irritant your hands develop these pin sized dots. When this irritant is removed they disappear.

My mother's hands have the same thing. The doctor said it was because of aging and as you get older, the more spots you have.

I would say that you have blisters on your palms/fingers. I would keep your hands moisturized as much as possible

How do the spots look, are they water filled, or itchy? If any of these question has a "Yes" for an snawer, it could be some kind of fungal infection.
